"One of Parcel Express drivers was driving dangerously and trying to incite road rage on the Southern motorway during the morning drive into town. He forced his way in front of me and then kept flashing his hazard lights. There was a truck on the middle lane and the Parcel Express vehicle drove at a speed so that I was blocked in. There were no cars in front of his vehicle. I called Parcel Express and I was told that the driver is a contractor and this was not within their control, but they should be concerned because that person is the public face of their business. I was told that I would get a call back from the manager, but I have not received that yet"
