"PBT…Why do your delivery drivers do this? My package was meant to be signed for by a human, not a front door. If my expensive package went missing (as my front door is completely open to the street) it would be because your drivers leave expensive packages outside front doors and write stupid things like “signed by: front door” in the delivery details."

I would hate to recommend anyone to use their service or the companies using them. Retails need to put customers first, making sure their product is getting delivered to the buyers. Retailers need to give absolute great service meaning who they use to deliver their goods, not cheap service."

"Despite so many negative reviews, I had a good experience. My product was shipped on 30th and reached Auckland on the 31st of Dec. It was a piece of luggage I needed for my travel over the week. The service was closed for new years but they responded to my email the first thing on the 5th (8am!) where I was able to explain my situation and urgency. The parcel was delivered by 12:30 pm the same day. I had a good experience."
