"The guy who served me was unbelievably rude. All I wanted was a battery replacement for my key but apparently this is cause to treat me with distain? At one point the guy asked "what is wrong with you?" for no reason. Seems like he simply didn't like the look of me. Terrible experience and although I live close I will not be returning. I do not recommend this place at all."

"I had travelled overseas for more than 50 days and when I got back my car needed jump start and driving didn't charge the battery to full extent. Gave a call to Battery man, explained my situation, dropped by at the reception got my battery tested voltage was less than 8V. We agreed to charge the battery for 4-5 hours and check back later. As the battery was from battery man didn't have to pay $20 for the service. Thanks team for the amazing service."
