"The office staff are fantastic. Can't say the same for one of the WoF inspectors. He was one of the most grumpiest person I have met. Absolutely 0 customer service and stink attitude towards everyone including office staff. I know because I heard the way he talks to them as well. Ironically there were other customers who said the same to me about him. The office knows who he is!"

"Friendly reception staff, and very efficient WOF carried out. Arrived at opening time so only one person ahead of me in queue. The guy who came and got my keys and took my car in was not friendly at all, would go as far as to say he was rude, took my keys without a hello or a thank you, looked very annoyed about something. Will assume he just doesn’t like mornings or something and won’t mark down for his actions."
