Welcome to the Financial Services Council, located at 29 Albert Street in Auckland, New Zealand. As a prominent establishment in the finance industry, we are dedicated to promoting the financial confidence and wellbeing of New Zealanders.

At the Financial Services Council, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to achieve better financial wellbeing. That's why we have released our policy position for the financial services sector, the 'Blueprint for Growth'. This document outlines our goals and roadmap to help improve the financial wellbeing of individuals and communities across New Zealand.

One of our highlights each year is the FSC Awards, where we celebrate excellence in the financial services sector. In 2023, we introduced two new categories to recognize even more outstanding achievements. The winners were announced on the 16th of August, and we were honored to have esteemed guests such as Minister of Finance Hon Grant Robertson, Leader of the Opposition Christopher Luxon, and Rt Hon Winston Peters as speakers at this flagship event.

We are also proud to introduce our initiative called Money and You. This resource is designed to assist all New Zealanders in growing their financial confidence and wellbeing. With a wide range of tips, insights, and conversations, we cover various topics including managing your KiwiSaver, mental health, and online safety. The content is grounded in FSC research and features experts from our member organizations and industry partners. However, we ensure that the information is accessible and free from jargon, making it easy for everyone to understand.
