"Pretty useless when asked about differences in antihistamines medication. Reading off the packet...I can do this myself. When asked which is better for hives.. her reply that the 180mg is better the other one with 10mg as its stronger, check next time its a different drug. If you wear a white shirt you should know better. You should not even be offering advice. Sort your staff out."
