"Just came from them, had a voucher to be used here but thought to just get the colour changed on my acrylics which was 40 bucks. This older lady served me and was so rude. Was in a hurry and didn't like I was trying to decide the right colour for my nails. She kept breathing like she was annoyed and I had to look at her for her to sort herself out. Anyways my nails were not done properly and the machine for drying nails was so dirty I told her look you need to wash THIS machine it's disgusting. She pretended to not head and I left not happy. I saw the reviews before going but thought to give them a. Hence so I can judge for myself. I don't recommend them at all."

"It's my first time doing my nails there . Nz$47 shellac, and should it stay good for at least 3 weeks in my experience doing in other places . Today is only Monday, and my nails were done on Saturday . I did it for my bday trip coming up, and now my nails look like rubbish . The lady was lovely , but the job for that kind of price in 15 minutes after being like that .... Their wages are great, then"

"Quite a messy job just for normal white polish. Communication was pretty bad. One lady told me 30 mins to dry the nails & another told me sit down, I told you wait for 1 hour. One hour!?? Mate. And after waiting, the nails were still not dry. Lady said just to take care at home for another hour. I would not recommend this place!! Idk if its just the formula for plain white polish that makes it hard to dry maybe understandable but took way too long, rude customer service for an average job."

"I have been coming here for about 10years so I know all the pricing pretty well. A new worker here tried to over charge me an extra $10 because I wanted my nails abit longer. I told her that I know it's $5 extra not $10. She refused so I told her to not worry about it and I will just get normal size acrylic nails. She started giving me an attitude, handling my hands roughly and speaking in her language about me. I know this because I heard her say"extra charge" in her conversation to her co workers. When she glued my nails on I noticed she put way more glue on then what they usually do. This caused me to have my acrylic nails stuck on for 2months. I tried to remove them after having them on for two months, and it was so painful my real nails started to rip off. I wish I got her name!! The worst service I have EVER experienced here, disgusting!"
