"We have stayed in the hotel over the last 3 nights and have been very pleased with all the staff and the welcomeness of the hotel. The staff were all very professional. The food for the buffet breakfast could have a bit more selection however the dinner at Fish was excellent on the 1st level. Our rooms were upkept very well as well. Would recommend for anyone planning to stay in Auckland!"

"We had an awesome time on our first trip to New Zealand! The hotel was fantastic, the location was perfect, and we absolutely loved the breakfast. The reception team was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The only downside was that the valet team was short-staffed, so we had to carry our own bags. And to top it off, the porter kept complaining about their boss, who apparently never left the back office and wasn't helpful at all. It kind of put a damper on things, but overall, we had a great stay."
"Highly recommend the Hilton for a business or family stay. I stayed in two different rooms over a period of 7 nights. All rooms are a great size and very clean. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming at all times. The breakfast is amazing with so much to choose from. Room service is super quick and the food is good. The hotel amenities and facilities are great .The hotel is conveniently located with spectacular harbour views. You couldn't ask for more."
