"I don’t usually post reviews but I couldn’t resist after having a horrible experience (I’ve also experienced this once before) at the Sylvia Park store. After reading the negative reviews about the young oriental “manager” I am not surprised. This person should not be in retail. She lacks any sort of happy emotion, does not have the can-do attitude and is extremely rude. I had called a few times prior to arriving - no answer. When I arrived no one was in sight and I had to call out a few times so she could hear me from the back room. She had her phone in her hand, texting. I got no hello or smile. When I found something I liked and it was time to purchase their paywave was down. I was told it had been like that for two weeks. I made the comment “that’s not good enough” and as I walked away that girl stuffed the shoes inside the box and roughly slammed it on the counter it made a big noise and gave me a fright. Luckily I wasn’t holding my young infant at the time. That girl was obviously angry I didn’t purchase the shoes and made it known. As I walked past the store on my way out I saw her on her phone again at the counter. Absolutely DISGUSTING attitude in every way. I will never step foot in this store. St Luke’s is excellent with helpful staff and I recommend anyone who is reading this to go there."

"Nice shop to buy shoes for ladies! Came here with my friend and the service was really good. The ambience gives you a good vibe to purchase and the customer service is pleasant and comforting. Got good selection and offers running as well! Staff got good knowledge of the products and that really helped in making the purchase."

"Disgusting service, not to mention the girl behind the counter lied about not having the shoe in stock. She then proceeded to lie and say that it was sold out everywhere nationally without checking the system then went back to being on her phone. The store manager Sonia was not helpful either."
