"Absolutely appalling service. I ordered a XXL size nappy. They send me the wrong size. Took photos and asked to solve the issue. Told me I have to wait for their inspection and investigation. The representative hung up three times. Mums and dads, please if you have another place to buy nappy, it would be better than this place. Horrible experience! …. They sent me a email and asked me to print out a return ticket, (I don’t have a printer at home). Once they received the return product they then can refund or exchange Just to save your time I suggest DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!"
