Our operators are regularly drug and alcohol tested, inducted into most landfill and worksites in the region, and experienced in handling and tipping various products and materials. Additionally, they are equipped with uniform, hi-vis clothing, safety glasses, hard hats, overalls, and safety boots, meeting all site PPE requirements and promoting safe workplace practices.

As a testament to our commitment to safety, we are 21/22 Sitewise green accredited and are currently obtaining health and safety and ACC accreditations, further enhancing our safety awareness and performance.

To ensure that our operators are up to date with the latest industry standards, they undergo independent competency assessments and successfully complete the Logbook and Worktime rule course. Some of our operators have even achieved the SAFED DTI qualification, allowing us to provide internal training to SAFEDNZ level. For external training, we collaborate with Commercial Road Skills, a leading provider of courses and online training that helps improve efficiency and reduce compliance issues.
