"I would refuse to deal with Foxes and Flamingos - they are rude, rude, really rude! I offered to do some free advertising for them, and didn't get a simple thank-you. The owner came off as entitled! I wont be supporting this local business and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!"
"Sadly would not recommend their products and would send a word of caution as one parent to another. Our first Pikler ball ramp had scuff marks along the edges - it appeared to be second hand or floor stock item. The replacement ramp was worst! Nails! Protruding from the back, easily injuring our toddler if we hadn't done an inspection. Their responses to reply was quick, throwing in a free pep talk about the origins of their company - supporting charities etc etc, and how they're pro-environmentally friendly by reusing orange boxes as packaging (on $600+ products, come on guys!). However when it comes to actioning they'll take as long as they can, our replacement ramp took well over a month - they apologised and we understood it was Covid times. With the replacement ramp having nails sticking out the other end, we requested for a refund. It's been well over a month and we're yet to receive our refund. Absolutely shocking customer service and dangerous products! Please consider the following images prior to purchasing!"
