"Used this business for second time. The biggest problem is that they have a monopoly in Ballarat, so not a choice were to bring your dry cleaning. And they know it. Had a suit jacket with a slight smudge on the shoulder to pay attention to. And they paid attention, as I got the jacket back with a hole in addition to the stain on the shoulder still being there. Jacket just hung in front of me to take and just ignoring that there was a hole in it now. At closer inspection and questions everything was denied by the cleaner himself. Not taking any liability for the damage caused or maybe a refund? What a disgraceful business and attitude. Will never go back again. Another business to avoid in Ballarat."
