"STAY AWAY! I went onto their website to ONLY get a quote for my puppy, as I did with multiple other pet insurance companies in the last week. This included filling in basic info such as name, breed, and date of birth. Today I received a phone call and an email stating that my puppy is now covered under them. I did not at all enter ANY agreement with them that I wanted to be insured by them. I also advised them over the phone that I did not want to be insured by them. This seems totally scammy and very much on the illegal side of business. If you are after pet insurance, go to Pet Cover - their rates are far better and they cover more."
