Getting to ACE KTV Karaoke Bar is easy. Simply enter Durham Street from Queen Street and look for the Wilson Parking facility on the right-hand side. Exit the parking lot on the 3rd floor (Level 2) and present your parking ticket at our front desk. As a special offer, you can enjoy a discounted parking rate of $8 per day when you park after 5 PM. The parking will be valid until 7:00 AM the following day.

"Wonderful place for a get together with friends. We got a private room and had such a great time singing and dancing. Loved the experience. Negative: the girl at the reception is very rude. Suggestions: please include more Hindi songs in the karaoke list."
"Had a booking last weekend and although impressed with the look and decor, disappointed by the service and management. Upon arriving for our booking was greeted by a very unfriendly host at the bar, told our room was not ready and proceeded to get our drinks orders in. Shown to our room, no instructions on how to work the equipment, system malfunctioned half way through, a very helpful lady did help us to get this sorted. They proceeded to cut our booking short and didnt want to acknowledge that we started late due to the room not being ready. The song list although extensive didnt have alot of top european karaoke songs, many random versions of songs with out the lyrics coming up. Took a while to find your songs, and load a list."

"Replaced previous KTV which was getting run down. New ACE KTV Karaoke Bar is much nicer. The facilities are welcoming and new. It pays to book ahead, especially for Happy Hours. $29 for 3 hours, which includes a main dish meal and a drink from the menu. The food is not bad and came out quickly. Song selection is pretty decent. Friendly service and discounted parking at Wilson Car park on Durham Street for $8 if you get your ticket validated at the counter when paying"
