"Very Unprofessional. The Lady forgot to put headband on me to avoid the hairs coming on face, i reminded and she didn'tcare about it. Didn't discuss about diff facial option, just showed 2 types and was like this is all we do. If Facial is for relaxing, please I would NEVER recommend this place. In name of hygiene, you're using tissue. It felt so dry. If you are charging good amount of $95.00 for a pre packed of Indian instant Facial kit, which I can also buy from some Indian store for $20 and do it myself. Massage was good, but again very cheap procedure. FACE PACK WAS APPLIED and left for LESS THAN 5 MINS WITH HAND, I felt ripped off and not relaxing Facial. After Facial is done, they are discussing different options, which had to be done at first. Very cunning. You earn one time money, but loose customer forever. Conclusion : It looked like THEY WANTED TO FINISH THE FACIAL KIT, WHICH WAS NEW PRODUCT FOR THEM. DISGUSTING"
