Welcome to Shortland Chambers, located at 70 Shortland Street in Auckland, New Zealand. Since our establishment in 1986, we have been home to the highest calibre barristers in the country. Many of our former members have gone on to become esteemed judges in the Court of Appeal, High Court, and District Courts.
At Shortland Chambers, we take pride in our exceptional team of 36 members, 19 of whom are KCs (Queen's Counsel) - more than any other chambers in New Zealand.
