"Have found the building manager excellent and ver helpful"
"If you are planning to rent here be aware that the dude that essentially runs the body corp is rude , most likely racist and the building manager tries to oblige him most of the time . Some of the body corp rules are insane and would not hold up if taken to court . Building manager takes photographs of private property sometimes harassing tenants - breaching the law . The building manager runs the show like a condascending school teacher. Mail and parcels get stolen often. Pool always breakdown. Avoid. Close to Train station and Les Mills though.."
