"I am a newbie "wannabe artist" who knows little and needed advice. I also have mobility issues. I was not made to feel very welcome and when I asked about origami paper, the staff member pointed over to the side wall and said the paper was "over there." I tried to find it on my own and with the walker I was using I couldn't get to the spot she meant and apparently that was annoying as the person had to come and help. Oh well there goes any future purchases from me."
"I cannot fault the staff. They are very helpful, and they stock a good range of products, but unfortunately their prices are absolutely outrageous. I only purchase art supplies I urgently need from them. *Edited from here onwards as I was asked by the owner to remove my comparison prices with another store. I understand that they are trying to run a business, but suffice it to say that if I can purchase 3 products elsewhere for the same amount that I paid for 2 idential products at Arthouse Direct, then perhaps Arthouse Direct needs to review what they are charging their customers."
