Our founder, Mark Loveday, brings over 16 years of experience as a tax partner in a renowned "big 4" accounting firm. During his tenure, he led the largest transfer pricing practice in New Zealand, advising international and corporate tax matters. With his expertise in transfer pricing, Mark has assisted clients in establishing policies, negotiating advanced pricing agreements (APAs), and ensuring compliance in all forms.

Mark has also successfully resolved transfer pricing disputes with Inland Revenue and has extensive relationships with key transfer pricing specialists, the Competent Authority, and policy advisors within Inland Revenue. His vast experience spans various industries, including technology, software, automotive, FMCG, insurance, power distribution, and pharma.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mark has presented numerous transfer pricing webinars for CCH-Wolters Kluwer and authored the CCH book, "Transfer Pricing: A Practical Guide for New Zealand Businesses." He holds an LLB/BCom degree, a diploma in personal financial planning, and is a practicing chartered accountant. Mark is also a qualified Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and currently serves as the Treasurer for the German New Zealand Chamber of Commerce.
