"I would put no stars if I could. Horrendous service for a genuine claim that is not even COVID related. We were left in a foreign country in and out of hospital without any support or even confirmation that we're covered. We waited in our hotel for over 48 hours for a return call which never came. We gave up. On our return to NZ we provide everything they request and we're still waiting 3 months later and receiving emails requesting the same things we provided months ago. They are not fit to operate as an insurer."

You would have been aware of the complication and challenges around travelling in a pandemic environment. It is vital, when travelling in a pandemic environment, for travellers to ensure they have the appropriate travel insurance cover in place for any potential Covid-19 related expenses." They only had one policy to choose from so why are they selling insurance that is not appropriate for travel during covid."
