"Disgusting abusive behavior by the woman in charge to her young assistant. I hope the young woman knows her self worth and leaves, noone should be treated in that way. I went in to buy my shampoo just now and was meet with the most uncomfortable sales experience I think I have ever had, she was patronizing and rude to her staff member, belittled her and acted in a way that was clearly to make her feel stupid or worthless. A grown woman should know better, an employer should certainly do better. So disappointing to see that kind of behavior, I will not be back. Shame on you Hairloom, be kind or get out of the people business!"
