We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we want to assure you that we have your best interests at heart. If within seven days of starting your course, you are not satisfied, we offer the flexibility to transfer you to a different course or provide a full refund.

Please note that if you request a refund after seven days but before 30 days, a 5% administrative fee, as well as any bank fees and tutor fees already incurred, will be charged. However, after 30 days, we do not offer refunds on the course.
