"I stayed here nearly 2 years. This is a very good and tidy apartment. Convenient.. Bus stop is infront of the apartment. Few steps to restaurants, supermarkets. Very Secure. Building manager is really nice. Pest free apartment ( The reason I'm saying this, i went to some other apartments,there are many bugs, ants and crockroaches) If we receive any parcels, we don't need to go down directly to collect, building manager collects for us. Then we can contact him and sort it out. Comfortable"
"It is a beautiful building on the main road. It is well managed. It is close to all Universities. Everything is available in and around this area. It is the heart of the city. One can reach any part of Auckland through bus or car. Transportation is available easily. The location is best. It is in a very lively area."
