Reviews
"Good quality built apartments in 3 very different blocks. Pet friendly, many owner occupied, excellent security now and easy walking to the city, waterfont, K' Rd and 4 parks. Well-run Body Corps and great neighbourly community and families. Building manager, convenience store, cafe and kindy on the doorstep too."
"Absolutely disgusted in the lengths people here would go through to have a pensioner evicted. Including breaching his privacy, recording him, taking photos of him. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. 71yrs old. Grow up"
"Nice looking apartment building, with a few shops at the ground floor. The common area is very lovely and nicely designed, with nice decks, a few plants, and nice sunlights. Views from most apartments are nice."
"Someone steals parcels everyday, frequent theft in the carpark, saw some homeless people get high outside during quarantine reported to the building manager, property manager and whoever council they can't do anything, building manager is incompetent acts tough to the tenants but can't do anything about the frequent theft, place is falling apart for a new building, not worth staying long term or buying a property at. You can't feel safe 5 feet outside the apartment , your parcels aren't safe and your carparks aren't safe. Pathetic"
"The apartments are beautiful. Very secure. Views out if this world. I watched the fireworks at the viaduct from there. And the harbour bridge lit up. Spectacular. Sugar Tree is within walking distance of CBD."
