"My mother-in-law’s flight delayed tonight, we arrived at the gate of this building almost 10pm. No reception only a locked slide door. Phoned multiple times and the woman on phone was super difficult to talk to - nothing close to be friendly at all. She even said to my wife to check in tomorrow. No cancellation option for this business so prepare to lose your money if you are not enjoy abuse. Busying finding a bed now. Let’s see how low they are going to be."
