"Awful... people take care of themselves up in the office and run people through hell for food parcels. This is not a real charity and they should be stripped of the title charity. Not christian nor charitable -- public should be supporting charities who support people in need. Not highly bureaucratic charities like this one. Not christian at all... sadly."
