"Wasted my time, picked up order on behalf of my Dad. There were two invoices, guy only checked one, gave us one item. We asked where the second one was he said he had no idea, didn't bother checking anything said it wasn't there. We called up later after confirming we had paid for the second item and it was ready for pick up, women who answered the phone also had no idea. Said text reference was useless wasn't helpful. We had to drive to store again to talk to a competent employee behind the counter. Lovely guy with ginger hair, more useful than the actual men in the warehouse, found our item and gave it to us. Please train your warehouse staff to actually look properly and read invoices and not waste our time when we come to pickup. They also don't accept credit cards apparently."
