"The owner was extremely rude when I came to collect our dog, which ran away from our yard and was picked up by somebody from the street and brought to this vet. This was an unwanted accident but the owner got really angry and threatened me with council fines, high charges for using his facilities, etc. Terrible experience."
"If I could rate this place 100000/10 I would! I would love to give a shoutout to Natasha as well as the rest of the team at kohi vets for always being empathetic, kind, and for taking care of my cat Loki! He was missing for over a month and (somehow) found himself outside Kohi vets today which Natasha spotted and quickly rang me to tell me it could be the missing cat—which it was! Thank you again for bringing my baby home to me, I will never forget the kindness Kohi Vets has shown. Thank you thank you thank you! Xxxx"
"My family and I have been coming here for 30 years. We couldn’t ask for better care for our loved ones. The team are brilliant, kind and knowledgeable. Thanks for looking after our four- legged family members!"
"Hands down the kindest, easiest vet I've ever been to. The clinic is beautiful, the nurses are so lovely and easy to talk to, and I received a full explanation of what was going on with my cat's teeth and what the go to plan was. Vets are always going to be expensive but I can't argue with fees when the service is so high quality. Thank you so much team, we've got a new favourite and will definitely be back if we need to (:"
"We went to Tucker for our dog's top K9 that broke off. One vet was too far and of course the other was Tucker. We were unaware of any other vets that was able to help for what our dog needed, a cap, and we wanted a steel cap. Tucker was highly recommended. We were excited that someone was able to help. To our demise, we were told what we can and cannot do just because it's not what he (Tucker) wanted to do. So no more our dog, but his way because he's the only one that could perform the dental procedure so a big head was upon small shoulders. We got charged a heck of a lot. With his small ball syndrome he had an attitude. We were scared that he would deny our dog treatment if we said anything about what we wanted because he already wanted to pull out with the first half of the dental surgery due to us requesting what we wanted and he kept saying he knows what the dog needs. (He thinks he is doctor Doolittle) I really feel that if he changed his demeanor and the way of treating clients (pet owners), he could really have a better relationship with a lot of people, however, I think with his attitude and the fact that he knows there isn't a lot of K9 tooth dental surgeons, he often step in and brag about fixing Lion teeth, but not look at the client in front of him."
