"Excellent to deal with our boundary fence blew down in cyclone Gabrielle it only took one phone call to Lantern assessor came out with 2 weeks and paid out within 3 weeks. Our poor neighbours are with Tower and still waiting for a outcome and spent endless hours on the phone getting no results. In the end they put up a bad review about Tower and someone called them to say their claim is with the assessor and no outcome. So thank you to Lantern for your amazing service you get 5 stars."
