New Zealand Couriers

"Will never use nZ courier. Will ask senders not to use as well. So disappointed with their service and system. My parcel has been damaged. Another one has been delayed for a month. Delivered from north shore to West aucklnd takes 5 working days... etc. Never get a update from website What is the point about their tracking number. Useless. How Does this company survive."

"Terrible service, placed an authority to leave as it was important, They still didn’t leave my parcel. Next trying to get it redelivered for Saturday, no such thing available. Not to mention the automated phone message service is way to long before you actually reach options for what I actually needed. Couldn’t do it online because the site wasn’t loading. Overall extremely stressful situation. Positive note Monday afternoon delivery man in his Nissan xtrail was polite and cheerful"

"Took over a week and a half for the courier to get to my house yet we're both based in Auckland. Eventually got it but I appreciate the email notifying me of the courier making my parcel a priority."

"Most FRUSTRATING courier company. Website is a nightmare. If you want to query a parcel you have to fill in almost where the product was made - the tracking number should tell you what you need??? Cannot determine the schedule of a courier easily (unlike with Aramex where it is very clear who is delivering your parcel) WILL NEVER use NZ Couriers."

"Consistently incredibly slow delivery, almost always have to follow up to query the parcel. It shouldn't take nearly two weeks to deliver a parcel from Central Auckland. I wish this was a one off, but I've never had a prompt delivery. I always attempt to avoid shopping online with any shop that uses NZ Couriers as their delivery partner due to their inability to deliver in any sort of reasonable time frame."
