"Completely clueless staff in need of urgent training! In the 15 mins we were in store this past week, we asked 3 questions from 2 different staff members. One was in reference to an item they clearly sold (according to their website) only to be told that Rebel didn't stock that sort of thing. The second item was a specific brand of active-wear which again initiated a response of "I've never heard of that brand before" literally seconds before we walked past a clothing rack that had exactly the brand we were looking for. Lastly, we needed another item of a particular size, but without checking we were told they "probably didn't have it"! What do you pay your staff for? They clearly don't know about the merchandise that you sell - how are they adding value when they can't assist customers? Horrific experience."
"I had a great experience the other day here, by far the most friendliest staff out of all the other Rebel stores! The shop was very clean and had a great range of all the products, and I could find the leggings I was looking for. The sales assistants were very helpful and friendly - great customer service! A young man named Orlando warmly welcomed and helped my husband and I with finding shoes for our toddler. Will definitely be returning."
