"The hours of business states it opens 9am but they rock up at 9.30am - 10am frequently leaving customers to just wait outside who eventually just give up thinking it’s closed with no signs on the door advising different opening times. Wait time to get a haircut for preferred barber can be 1.5 - 2hours on some days as they take 45 mins to cut each persons hair which I’ve never encountered anywhere before."
