"I went in to this salon yesterday. I hadn't had any color for 3 years so lots of hair had grown out leaving my hair to be Virgin hair. I just wanted half head of foils with ash blonde toner I explained many times I didn't want any orange or yellow. She never left it to process long enough in the front I even mentioned it . I have rung and she said her senior stylist with help fix tomorrow which she told me she was. I'm so unhappy was super upset I do hope they can fix it without damage"
