"First time purchase, was so excited to receive the order placed online. Order arrived, I was sent the incorrect size. I reached out via email and Facebook messenger. Eventually I was sent a generic email with a return label. So I sent shoes back. The size I ordered wasn’t even in stock so I missed out. I was refunded full amount quickly. The process was disappointing. Won’t repurchase. Editing my review by adding this, because response from owner is not correct. I ordered US Women’s size 6 as per your website and my order confirmation. You sent me a US Women's 7.5 as per photo I sent you. I do have feedback I want to provide as I work in customer service myself and when I emailed your team to ask where I can provide feedback, I still haven’t had a reply so I decided to post a review which I almost never do.
