"After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to go. But once I did go, I realized a lot of things. People expect the staff to come and lick their shoes for them and to take care of them as if they are the ruler. The staff jobs are already hard, why do people have to make the staffs life miserable by making them worship. Also some people except that every aisle should have a staff standing there and waiting for them. The few staff members are more than enough to run the store and they do it well. Yes they might be moody, but just get your stuff and leave, they aren’t making your life miserable by not replying to your “hi” , so don’t make their life miserable either. Anyways the store had a lot of useful things and the staff helped me get what I needed."
"Ordered click n collect for 4 spark plugs. Waited for 30min. Received none as only 3 physically available. Went all the way from Sandringham to Kelston..What a pain!!!! Refund for the order processed 5days to get. Again diverted to SCA Henderson. What a waste of time..jjjjjj.."
