When you shop with us, you can expect efficient processing of your orders, typically within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipments and deliveries are not processed on weekends or public holidays. We offer exchanges within 28 days, provided the product is returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket.

For your convenience, we offer shipping services through NZ Couriers. Once your order is confirmed shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to keep track of your delivery. We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days to most areas. If you are located within a 20km radius of Auckland, we provide direct van delivery for large quantity orders.

Please ensure that you provide a residential or workplace address for delivery, as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
