"The service and ease of booking and price was excellent, however the MG car was a piece of rubbish. the cruise control dropped in and out, Apple car play only worked when it wanted to, the lane assist kept overcorrecting giving the impression I was wandering over the road. Dump them."
"The 2 ladies that assisted me were friendly, helpful and time efficient!! My only suggestion would be to provide a little more information about the vehicle, e.g. where to put diesel in the ute...I spent some time looking for a button to open fuel flap among the myriad of buttons on the dash and steering wheel; and how to turn cruise on...I had to google how, which said to push the ON button on the steering wheel that didn't exist, it was the Off Can button!! Otherwise, I tried to ring before 5pm to let them know I was stuck in a 4 car line-up at the servo down the road and would possibly be later than 5pm to return the ute. Instead I was diverted to the main office to a lady with limited English and after wasting 10mins nothing was resolved and she kept insisting the KFlat depot was closed down even though I kept assuring her it wasn't!! Thank goodness the girls had mentioned the AH drop box for key returns!!"
