"Took my car for a WOF on a Tuesday before Easter weekend and didn't get it back till late the following Tuesday. On top of all that, they charged me $1296.63 - they never once let me know it would cost that much. I feel I got ripped off. They kept saying parts they ordered hadn't arrived, but never chased it up till I dropped my car back in (as I needed it for the weekend). Had to make multiple trips back and forth with lots of wasted petrol and even an uber trip. Will never use them again."
