"Called the online hotline and asked if I could order contacts from the shop directly if I got a valid prescription and if I could try out some contacts as well (as advertised online) and they said yes. Went to the store and got told - not possible, I'd have to pay 60$ for a new eye exam/check as they don't accept prescriptions from other stores. What a complete waste of my time!!!"
