"Omg so rude from start to finish just with my inquiry re boarding. Argued with me that is school holidays no not in Oct sorry. Then not willing to take my dog based on breed German Shepherd and age 10?? Knows nothing about my dog who is not Ill at all or so placid not funny was so rude and blunt. How you get business im not sure your customer service is appalling."

"I patiently awaited an email reply to my enquiry for 24hrs before deciding to call Barringa directly to gain some information on their boarding services. When I mentioned on the phone that I had sent an email off but not recieved a reply yet I was told it was my fault for not including my mobile number in the email for them to call me back and that the owner didn't "have time to sit around all day on the computer." Which I understand. I was simply stating to save time that I had sent off an enquiry to their email as I didn't want to be repeating myself incase they already read it. However I was met with much agitation at mentioning that I hadn't yet got a response. If email communication isn't an option I don't understand why it is listed as a communication method on the website? I was happy to overlook the no reply to my email but not happy to overlook the customer service I recieved over the phone."

"Michael and Vicky and staff are awesome. Our little dog Indi is frightened of males but absolutely loves Michael and his staff. It’s her 5th summer holiday there and she cried after he left - wouldn’t leave his side while he was here. I have no hesitation recommending BERRINGA."
