"Have some very cool items but very pricey compared to other preloved clothing stores on Cuba and in Wellington. I did buy a couple of items I really loved. Upon returning home discovered a button missing from the waistcoat and also fabric button missing from the dress I bought. Very annoying as will be difficult to find similar buttons. I should have looked more closely in the store. My advice would be to check out the garments carefully before you buy as for the price being charged you would expect these to be in mint condition and not have things missing, or be discounted accordingly."

"The worst customer service I received all day. I was buying for my partner and one salesperson was more interested in following me and 'rearranging stock'. The cashier was lovely and did ask me if I needed assistance, but my shopping experience was already ruined by her colleague's prejudice and I left not long after. I ended up persuading my husband to not buy the overpriced coat he wanted, and only bought a small piece of jewellery, which was tainted by this awful experience on an otherwise great shopping holiday. I see that another woman has had the same problem too, and she got a long apology from the owner. Not me however, guess I deserved to be treated like a potential criminal!"
"Always super friendly and welcoming. I am a 40 something professional and understand store policy on handbags/bags in the changing rooms. This was carried out in a very professional and unbias manner, where I was comfortable handing my bag to the lady as I tried on clothes. Your team are fabulous, your shop is wonderful."
"Staff are always lovely, however when I came in yesterday I felt very unwelcome. When approaching the changing room the manager told me to leave my bag by the counter, and when I was finished changing he followed my friend and I around the store, jumping from rack to rack to stay within a few feet from us at all times, even followed us to the counter to cash us out even though there was a cashier available. Felt really uncomfortable and unwelcomed, especially since I was showing the store to my friend for the first time. Very bad first impression."
