"A fine gentleman with blonde (perhaps bleach blonde) hair, had exquisite customer service. To the customers Infront of the line with a unpatient demanding attitude & towards myself. Kept his cool & with unright dapper manners teneded to everyone's needs one at a time. As far as night & day franchise's goes from last experience's, this man has set a standard that I believe would be difficult to uphold to most other's.
