I ordered 2 separate bunches of flowers from Australia a number of weeks apart for an elderly relative in Lower Hutt Hospital. I had a few specific instructions about what I wanted the flowers to look like and I was so impressed. They were so quick to prepare and deliver them and took the time to make sure she was happy with how they looked. My relative received so many compliments about the flowers and we were stunned that both arrangements lasted 2 weeks each!! I was so surprised by how many flowers where in the arrangements and the quality of them. It as much bigger and more impressive than I expected. They really took customer service to a whole new level from start to finish. I am so impressed and thankful for the beautiful flowers and how they dealt with my query. It is greatly appreciated and most importantly I know they have brought so much joy to my relative at a difficult time.
