"Lots of climbing and exploring. Adrenalin forest also takes health and safety very seriously and proactively manages the activities effectively and efficiently. The activities are clearly labelled and the obvious dedication of the staff is obvious. There is a range of activities from beginner to expert and everything in between. This course does require some effort to master the activities but overall it is well worth it. I appreciate all of the effort that had been put into the course and I am looking forward to what the next phase will be for adrenalin forest."

"Only managed to go up to the end of level 4. So sore now. Level 3 was okay but level 4 was terrifying. You definitely need good upper body strength for level 4, and being taller than 160 cm would be better."
