As a point of interest, Dinky Dogz offers top-quality boarding services exclusively for small and toy breed dogs. Our facilities are designed with a boutique style, ensuring the utmost comfort for your beloved furry friends.

At Dinky Dogz, we prioritize your dog's well-being by providing a range of amenities. Our thermal-lined facilities are equipped with winter heating, summer cooling, and an air purification unit to maintain a pleasant environment. Dogs have all-day access to the outdoors, with designated areas for eating and sleeping. We have completed dog psychology and training courses to better understand and care for your pets, ensuring their safety and happiness during their stay.

When it comes to nutrition, we proudly serve Acana (Orijen) dry food to our guests. They are fed twice daily, and if you prefer, you can bring your own food. However, please note that there is no discount on the rate for bringing your own food. To personalize your dog's dining experience, we kindly request that you provide us with the names of both the owner and the guest.

To ensure the well-being of all our guests, it is mandatory for them to be up to date with their vaccinations, including canine cough. Please bring supporting documents to validate their vaccination status. Additionally, we require guests to be wormed and defleaed within two weeks of their boarding with us. If your dog is in long-term care, please provide enough flea treatment for further applications. Guests must also be registered and have their own collar and lead left for their stay.

Please note that we do not board Staffy or Staffy cross dogs, as well as Jack Russell and Fox Terriers, as they traditionally do not do well in our environment. In the event of any aggression or issues during your dog's stay, we will promptly report them to you upon your return, and it may affect any future reservations.

During school holidays, public holidays, and Wellington anniversary weekend, there will be an additional daily fee of $5.00 per day, including the exit day. For the peak dates between December 20th and January 10th, there will be an additional daily fee of $10.00 per day, including the exit day.

In order to secure your booking, we require a deposit of $50 per dog upon confirmation of availability, starting from March 31st, 2021, or close to that date. For Christmas and New Year bookings, a deposit of $100 per dog is required upon confirmation.

Our charges are calculated per day based on your booking dates and times unless we are notified of any changes via text or email no later than the drop-off day. A booked AM departure incurs no extra charge, while a booked PM departure is charged at a full day rate. Incontinent dogs or severe soilers may incur an additional daily fee if applicable.

During peak times, especially during Christmas, we prioritize customers who regularly use our services.
