"Avoid dealing with this business, this is an information gathering business that is just data collecting and has no intention of following through with what they're advertising. The hours they display on their website are also fake, they claim to be 24 7 which they're absolutely not. This business does not appear to be legitimate and despite requesting all of my information they decline with no reason given - they decline after seeking physical address and photo identification (not based on your financial situation), which indicates that this business is in the practice of data harvesting and most likely will sell your personal information. AVOID! Edit: The response the owner has given is incorrect and misleading. They're implying that I was late with providing information yet I responded correctly with the right information within minutes of every question so that's the first red flag. The second is they're not willing to provide my notes despite it being apart of the Privacy Act Principle 6 "Access to Information" - this is a lawful request being ignored by this "business". Their entire response below is incorrect and fabricated."
