"We are very disappointed at the last grooming experience at this place, my dog came home with a patch of hair shaved off behind his ear and had a little cut. His hair is choppy and uneven on his chest, also he looked stress and traumatised after he got home. We are very upset to see him like this and when I texted the groomer questioning what happened there, I’d never get an apologies or explanations for that! Will never take him back there again :("
