Nikki's passion for CBT began during her internship at The Auckland Institute for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, where she received hands-on training in this relatively new field in New Zealand. Since then, Nikki has accumulated fourteen years of experience working with diverse clients in both individual and group settings.
Throughout her career, Nikki has conducted numerous group sessions for various organizations, including The Schizophrenia Fellowship, Anger Change Trust, and The Incontinence Society. She has also been invited to speak at events and has contributed to several books by other authors. Drawing from her own frustration with complex self-help books, Nikki has written her own book, "Exercise your Mind, Heal your Heart," which offers simple and straightforward exercises to help individuals overcome common difficulties.
