Merrin's Cleaning Ballarat

"We've used Merrin's for some months now and they do an excellent job. The cleaning is highly detailed. They are professional, use a checklist to confirm what they've done. They're punctual and communicate well. Their price is very fair for the level of service. They are honest. They even explained they could my house in less time than we originally thought. I wouldn't want to use anyone else. They are fantastic."

"I didn’t actually have my place cleaned by this company so I can’t speak to the quality of their work. However, their organisation and communications were poor. I booked in a clean and then needed to change the time by 30 mins. The response was that the workers couldn’t be waiting around for half an hour.. very reasonable I thought... so we reset the time for today at 1pm and I apologised for the messing around. No one was here by 1.10pm so I contacted the company and was told that they were running late and someone would text to let me know when they would be there. At 1.30 I received a message saying they would ‘hopefully’ be there at 2.30, that a group had called in sick and that’s why they were running late, if that was the case then surely someone could have called me to let me know in advance? I cancelled because I’d made plans for that time and the response I received was ‘easy done’. No apology for wasting my time or anything. Clearly this company has enough business that it can afford to lose clients by treating them in this way, so all the best to them!"
